REGISTRATION FEE

To qualify for the advance registration rate, the full registration fee must be post-marked no later than February 6, 2012. The early registration fee is $235 Canadian (including GST) per person.After February 6th, single registration will be $285 Canadian (including GST).

WITHDRAWAL and REFUND POLICY

Notification of withdrawal must be received prior to February 21st, 2012 to receive a refund. The registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee.

Proceedings

Copies of the Proceedings can be ordered for $25 for hard copy and $15 for CD (includes GST).
